US SHIPPING

  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
  • First Class Mail: 3-7 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We do not ship international at the moment.

HANDLING

  • Handling times vary depending on the season. Normal handling times are 1 - 3 business days. We will announce if this changes due to any ongoing events or promotions.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Customers may return a damaged or defective product within 30 days of the purchase date with proof provided. After 30 days of the purchase date, items will be considered final, and the buyer will be unable to return a product. Customers will receive a full refund or have the returned item replaced. If items did not arrive, please contact info@founderdigital.co or visit the CONTACT US page to file a claim. We will be happy to work with you in resolving the issue.

Sizing Returns

  • We accept returns for sizing. If you want to swap for a different size, we will pay for the postage of the new product; however, you will need to pay for the postage to send the original item back to us.
  • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, so validity may vary per person.
